BEHAVIORAL AIDE SERVICES

At The Community Resource Counseling Group (CRCG), our Behavioral Aide services provide individualized support to children, adolescents, and families facing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges. Behavioral Aides work closely with clients in home, school, and community settings to implement strategies that promote positive behavior, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.

Role of a Behavioral Aide:

  • Behavioral Support & Skill Building – Helps clients develop coping strategies, social skills, and self-regulation techniques.

  • Individualized Intervention Plans – Works alongside therapists and case managers to reinforce behavioral goals tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Crisis Intervention & De-escalation – Provides real-time guidance and support during challenging situations to ensure safety and stability.

  • Family & Caregiver Collaboration – Supports parents and guardians in managing behavioral concerns and implementing effective strategies at home.

  • Community Integration & Social Development – Assists clients in navigating social situations, improving peer relationships, and fostering independence.

At CRCG, our Behavioral Aides play a crucial role in bridging the gap between therapy sessions and real-life application, empowering clients to build confidence, resilience, and the skills needed for long-term success.
