
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At The Community Resource Counseling Group (CRCG), we value your time, the time of our therapists, and that of other clients who may need services. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you to ensure uninterrupted care. A canceled or missed appointment affects not only you but also your therapist and another client who could have benefited from that session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at any time, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the client does not show up, the full session fee will be charged to the card on file.

For example, if an appointment is scheduled for Thursday at 6:00 PM, notice must be given no later than Wednesday at 6:00 PM to avoid a charge.
Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled session, it will be considered a late cancellation, and the full session fee will apply.

The cancellation fee may be waived only in cases of serious or contagious illness, extreme weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. If you are unsure, please contact your therapist for further guidance.

Commitment to Therapy & Termination Policy
Therapy is an investment in your mental well-being, and consistency is essential for progress. If a client misses three scheduled appointments within six months without proper notice, CRCG reserves the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship.
This policy is not intended as a penalty but rather as a commitment to ensuring that therapy remains a structured, effective, and accessible service for all. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to your wellness journey.
